Depends...
If you want to locate a particular Marine... you can't. If you know his family they might be willing to supply his address... the location of troops in combat is classified information.
If you just want to start up a pen-pal thing with any Marine... you might try.. www.anymarine.com. By the way, there's also anysoldier, anysailor, and anyairman.
Whatever you do, don't pay anybody for a list. There are scams like that.
