What do you think about the connection between morality and the law?

Morality is synonymous to ethical they are both rules of honor ;right and wrong . Connect with right and wrong .
both systems(ethics and morals) are in need of improvement .

I think it needs to be severed...immediately. The law should not have any say in ANYTHING that is evern remotely of a moral nature. Morality is from religion, so when you make a moral law, it is, be default a religious law. When you obey a moral law, you are obeying the morality of the religion of the person (or persons) that wrote the law.
