i have nasty dreams i keep on having dreams about me and my dad having sex i dont even think about that. im scared to go near him now.

Maybe it's just your mind being random. Dreams can certainly illuminate aspects of real life, but sometimes, they're just dreams. Don't be scared to go near him, but don't, don't, don't tell him either!

I had the exact same dream last night, except my dad wanted to and I didn't. I think it may have happened (the dream) because I am getting closer with my father as I'm getting older (I'm in my early 20s), and as I'm about to finish school soon, my dad is constantly telling me to apply to all these places I'm not particularly interested in. I guess throw in the fact that I've been thinking about sex lately (NOT with him though, the though of that disgusts me) probably doesn't help the fact that I've dreamed what I have. I did have a similar dream before, but a couple years back. Don't be scared, it's only a dream, and I'm sure as the other users have said, it's some weird way of saying something in an abstract way.

Dont panic dear,,,, even i had a dream about having sex with my mother,,,but i realised its nothing to get to shame,,,well unconscious feelings in dreams talk in an abstract language,,,so thats why its important to intrepret in the right manner.........
Having sex with your father in dreams. Could reflect some anxiety about sex or maybe guilt feelings regarding sex. Also (although not necessarily so) could reflect some feeling or inadequacy you felt in your relationship with your father when you were growing up. Perhaps a desire to have had a better or closer relationship with your father than you did. A desire for closeness in your relationship that was lacking. That in turn might make it hard for you to love yourself as a mother would – as when we become adults we primarily take on the parenting roles to ourself, ourselves. That is we need to be able to love ourselves as the ideal mother and father does. This desire for emotional closeness or intimacy might be being reflected in your unconscious in your dreams. An approach for dealing with this could be to focus on what your ideal mother and father would be like and love yourself in this way.

this is normal. Your psychosexual stages are catching up to you. When you're a child, you are attracted to the opposite sex parent because you see how the 2 genders connect with one another. Of course this attraction is in early stages so nobody remembers them, however, if you skip a stage, or never fully go through one, you may be going through it now, it does not last, and it will only be temporary.
For example, kids who are teenagers that suck their finger or thumb still is part of the early psychosexual oral stage. They may not have finished it psychologically and stopped breast feeding too early.

Honestly, I used to have dream like that about my mother and sister. It is of demonic influence trying to spread confusion in your life and from what you wrote it is working.
