Ha...good one! Some critters are predisposed to addictions and compulsions for whatever reason; to my knowledge, Y! Answers is beyond the scope of Al-Anon, Narc-Anon, &c. Personally, I don't have sufficient info on 8 track mind to recommend either way.
I don't need such a group myself, but can't rule out others needing said group. Perhaps some Answerers might consider organizing such a program and posting basic info over at Y! Groups.

No, just like every other addict they really only need to truly do the first 3 steps to be delivered.
1. We admitted we were powerless over our addiction - that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God.
Romans 6:3 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. 6 We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.

I used to think I might have a problem being addicted to Y/A.
But I don't think that anymore.
Now I am convinced. Send counselors, and a good 12 step program.
And someone [please tell my daughter to stop pulling my hair to pull me away from the computer, so she can have her turn!!
