uh guys, he said jail, not prison.

two very different places, most of the time. Especially if you're in a rural area.

I've done stints in both jail (inner city, and rural) and prison.

Rural jails are a cakewalk, most of the time you're locked in your cell by yourself. You may be allowed out for excercise or meals, and they often give you reading material. Make friends with your cellmate, cuz he's the only one you have. Even then, don't trust him too much.

Inner city jail is a little worse. The other inmates are usually more violent, and gaurds are often rather bored, so they don't pay much attention. There is a very real danger of getting hurt in that kind of jail. Like rural jails, make friends with your cellmate, he's the only friend you got, and he's not very trustworthy. If you can, bring some smokes to trade out, and some reading material.

Prison is by far the worst. It's kill or be killed, and oftentimes, siding with a gang is the best way to ensure survival. Also, it seems like a joke, but it really is very common for men, esp new guys to get raped in prison, so be careful, and if it does happen, take it and don't fight, because odds are, the guy doing it is bigger and stronger, or has a gang of friends to help out.

don't count on COs to help you out in any of the three, most of them could care less about your safety. Ignore them, unless they are talking to you, and they will ignore you.

lastly, it's incredibly boring in jail/prison, and some will not let you bring reading material in. Beg them for a Bible (which many are required to provide), and memorize the entire damn thing, or you'll go insane.

good luck, hopefully this will teach you that jail is not fun, and crime really doesn't pay.

Pray, Pray, Pray! Don't be a wise guy. Don't be a wimp! Develop a relationship with the Lord, get yourself a bible and read psalms & proverbs. I have a friend who is currently serving a 5 year sentence. He was in a max security prison but now in a faith based facility on min security. It is tough but you must have your guard up all the time. My greatest advice would be... Don't do whatever it was that got you this sentence ever, ever again.

BRING YOUR SELF TO JAIL

YOU WILL BE WOKE UP FOR 3 MEALS EACH DAY.

KNOW WHO IS IN THE CELL WITH YOU. IF YOU ARE YOUNG AND HAVE AN OLD TIMER IN THERE, DO NOT BEND OVER TO PICK UP THE SOAP IN THE SHOWERS.

DO NOT SLEEP ON YOUR SIDE OR STOMACHE. SLEEP ON YOUR BACK.

LEARN HOW TO FIGHT.

KNOW ABOUT SPORTS. DO NOT PLAY CARDS NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU KNOW.

DO NOT PLAY PARLAY BOARDS. YOU CAN LITTERLY LOOSE YOUR VIRGINITY THIS WAY

Just go in quietly. Serve your time, and don't go out of your way trying to socialize, and make friends. Read books, rest a lot, and wait patiently until your time is served.

Don't look anyone in the eye unless you think that you can take them.

If anyone messes with you, put them in their place quickly and efficiently.

Be paranoid but, not afraid.

If anyone touches you, break their fingers and make them beg for mercy before you release them.

If they try it again, kill them.

If anyone tries to kill you, kill them.

Trust nobody.

Remember, you are now in a kill or be killed invironment. You can either be a ***** or a battler.

father and mother must be placed in a vicious circle for in the journey that they change into too restrictive or bodily or mentally aggressive with their little ones they'd be said to the police and ought to wade through on the hands of the courts and social amenities. Many households favor sensible help and colleges must be allowed to manage corporal punishment and exclude disruptive scholars who must be placed specially establishments the position they'd study one after the other from little ones who toe the line. little ones specially colleges must be dealt with harshly and, with any success, this can concentration the minds of alternative little ones. If youthful little ones badly misbehave they are going to receive their basically rewards.
