I know what this means in spanish, but how do you answer it in two ways in spanish? I have a test on stuff like this tomorrow, and HELP!!!!!!!!

You can say _____is the grandmother of Maria,
Maria is the grandaughter of _____________.

Sophie es la abuela de María= Sophie is Mary's
grandmother.
You can also reverse the word order:
La abuela de María es Sophie.
BTW "Abuela" probably would be "abuelita"
in Mexico because "abuela" is often used
in rude expressions. For instance,
¡Tu abuela! = You're full of baloney.
