A small amount of chocolate shouldn't hurt your dog. Coffee Crisp has a mix of wafers and chocolate combined. Its not 100% chocolate. Dark chocolates is what you must watch out for. Your dog will experience fast paced heart beat...put your hand on his/her chest, and super hyper and energetic, but this will ware off after 8-12 hours depending on the breed, size and age of your dog. Do keep an eye on your dog and check your phone book for a emergency 24 hour vet/hospital incase anything happens. Be prepared, but a small piece shouldn't hurt your dog.

I would keep an eye on your dog and if it shows any signs of being sick or lethargic, take it straight to the vets. Even give your vets a phone call and ask them if you should be worried. If they know how big your dog is and the size of the chocolate bar, they should be able to give you a pretty good estimate of the signs your dog might show. I hope your dog is ok.

How big's the dog? If it was a fun sized chocolate bar I'd worry little; those are usually low in cocoa concentration. Do keep an eye on the dog.

If its small its probably not a big deal but it could be depending on how dark the chocolate is. My vet gave me this tip if your dog eats something bad it has helped mt alot.
mix hyrogen peroxide and water 50/50 give him about 1/4 cup with a turkey baister or whatever you can get it forced down with then take her outside and wait she will vomit it up in about 15-20 min or so you can give them up to 3/4 cups of this and it works really well .

I small one off amount of chocolate is not likely to do any harm to your dog, however keep and eye on the dog for the next few days and if it starts showing any unusual behaviour at all contact your vet immediatly.

Milk chocolate is much less toxic to dogs than dark chocloate & bakers chocloate...those two are the highly toxic ones and will kill them quickly. My dog got into a milk chocolate egg and it didn't affect her at all.

Your dog may get a slight case of diahrrea, but keep an eye on it.

I am thinking your dog will be okay....just keep an eye on her....chocolate and coffee aren't' real good for her...but it could be a small enough amount to not hurt her.

it really depends how big your dog is the harm it might cause. If it is a larger breed theres really not much to worry about. Especially if it is "milk chocolate" because there is barely any cocoa in there to do harm. If she shows any symptom ( like throwing etc.) i would take it to the emergency vet.

just keep your eye on him/her. See how he reacts. A tiny amount won't have an effect, but a large amount of chocolate will harm dogs. My dog drank pine-sol before and had no reaction. All dogs are different. Just keep a close eye on him and go from there.

Get mad because it ate your chocolate bar,. I have never in 50 years seen any dog get sick from chocolate, they get fat if they eat too many .do not worry your just out a candy bar.
