he was talking to the almighty God, but he is a god but not the almighty all the sons of God in heaven are gods (Psalms 82:1 and 6 ) and all angels are sons of God (Job 1:6)
in a hospital there are doctors but there is only one is the chief , in heaven is the same all angels are gods created by the most powerful being (Almighty).
Jesus is the firstson (first angel ) of God according to Colossians 1:15-17.
your wellcome and happy that you used insight in this .

First of all one must realise that all religious language is of a different order than concrete, scientific language, e.g. Newton's laws of physics. The Trinity is a useful metaphor; the problem is that it has been enshrined as The Truth In Itself, the final and definitive concept of the Divine Question. How does the man Jesus relate to God his father? Well, he behaves in a morally complete way, of perfect morals and teaching. Thus, proof he has been chosen as a perfect embodiment of Wisdom [the Word, to quote the New Testament Greek term.] Wisdom was the first creation of the Father, in that we can see that the world functions in an orderly way. So don't get too hung up on metaphysics, which is a bit of a minefield. All you need to know is that Jesus embodied Wisdom, but he doesn't share the Essence of the Father, at least in so much as he is a Human. He is called the Christ because he was filled with the Wisdom of God; but the MAN is not identical with the Father, rather it is his human nature that it is identical. Sorry to be longwinded, but it's a deep issue. I have suggested further reading.
Peace

The trinity is a bit of a mystery. The bible says that Jesus was killed because He claimed to be equal with God, hence blasphamy. We know that God the father knows things that Jesus doesn't because Jesus didn't know when the world would end but God the father did. Jesus said that He and the Father are one. There are always some things we don't quite grasp but He (God) is a higher order of intelligence than us so should we even try to analyse Him ?

Jesus is not equal to God and never claimed to be. In John 14:28 Jesus said that the Father was greater than him. The trinity doctrine is not based on scripture and nowhere does the word trinity appear in the bible.

God is within us. Jesus, with his eyes closed, was really talking to himself. He was not talking like we all do. It's meditation. It's through meditation we can contact God. It's silly to think that God can appear physically in body and flesh. God is super power , super soul and you can give him any form you want to see him in. In Hinduism there are large number of small and big Gods . All over the world, there are many Gods & Demons who were devised and worshiped. People worship trees and plants even. In India even animals are worshiped. Truly God is formless but we can not visualize him without giving some form. So we see him in Gurus, Masters, statues of Jesus, Mother Marry etc. Whatever may be your religion, you visualize God in the form you are taught to believe in. Truth is only this much. It doesn't matter what's your religion. Point is whether you are religious or not.

Hence why we as muslims believe him to be a prophet and messenger of God as opposed to the Son of God or God himself.

There is God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit, the three make up the Trinty. 3 Gods in one meaning they all have the same mind, all in one agreement.
A pastor once put it. When he is with his wife he acts as a husband, with his children acts as a father, and in chruch acts as a pastor. He is all three, and is still the same person. Well the Godhead is the same way. But with God it takes faith to understand it, the flesh can not comprehend it. That is why it is confusing to so many.

I know , it doesnt make any sense.
God so loved the world so he sent his SON....how could the Father be the Son also?
The truth is that we have a Father in Heaven, His Son our Saviour and Redeemer and Eldest Brother, and we have The Holy Spirit who is able to dwell within us because he is a Spirit and he helps us discern the ways of the Father our God and is the communication line between God and us.
....It could all be so simple if people just understood what they read

jesus was a man
before telling me "read the bible",let me ask you :
Wasnt the bible written by some man ?
why would I readily believe that man ?
How do you know he was smarter than yourself ?
What makes you trust that writer ?
Why dont you use your own mind, reasoning and common sense ?
For those who blindly bought the idea jesus was god, read in the following link below then see if you can argue anymore:

Nope. Never was. Jesus is the SON of God. Read the Bible. There are no hidden meanings. In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus prayed to the Father for guidance. Why on earth would he pray to himself?
