These would be good numbers if you were a 12 year old girl.

im glad you posted this, i have kept lifting journals ever since i was 14 and have gone through about 20+ notebooks up until now(im 20) at this exact date 6 years ago I benched 225, leg pressed 385, and squatted 315...but take in mind im a bodybuilder as I remember most of my friends during that time were below your numbers, so i'd say your on a great track. Remember the key to increasing bench is by always doing reps of 1-6, if you do more it means you needed more weight. And EAT+LIFT+SLEEP=GAINS

Listen buddy. Most of these people arent experts. I started lifting when i was 14 also. I was a little stronger than when you started but i was pretty active and for lifting for 2 years going from insanely weak struggling with 45lb bar to 170lb bench is pretty good. I am 20 right now but i stopped lifting at 18 and started running and doing endurance. I was maxing 325 at 170lbs. Your numbers arent terrible but honestly they are not great. I am sure with dedication and hard work you can become allot stronger in a few years. For leg strength i would just monitor squats, they are better leg builders than leg press. and comparing maxes and leg presses is inaccurate because most people dont do the whole range or the machine they are using is a different sort of another persons.
p.s. just because someone is a bodybuilder does not mean they are really strong. I was smaller than allot of my bodybuilding friends but stronger. Strength gain and mass gain require 2 different training styles
p.s.s. The rule of thumb is leg leg press double your body weight not bench double. To bench double is among world class strength athletes. and most people are pathetically weak in this world. A guy should bench at least 1.2 times his own bodyweight

Yes, I think those numbers are good and you're well on your way. You've come a long way in 2 years from benching 45# bar to 170#!

most adult males can not bench or squat the bodyweight. so in that aspect you are way ahead of most. it's not so important as where you are in terms of strength but in how much progress you have made to date
