See, I have the exact opposite problem. I eat balanced portions and work out 3 days a week, yet I still weigh 200+. I'm healthy, just can't get thin. I get the snide comments like "fat pig" and, well, you can imagine. Society has to have something to pick on, especailly if you're different. You can't be too thin or too fat without getting picked on. And even if you fall inbetween, someone's going to say something about your weight, your hair, your shoes, or whatever. I've come to realize this: Both my parents have weight issues, or weight issues in their immediate families. I will never be thin. I just have to concentrate on keeping myself healthy, and that's what matters. So I wear an 18 in pants and a 42D bra. Who cares? And no, it's not "okay" to comment on anyone's weight. It's not any of their concern. Unless you're making yourself sick on either spectrum, and your family and friends are concerned about you, you should be left alone. Are you comfortable? Are you healthy? You do what makes you happy, and tell them to lay off.

I personally don't think that any one should be teasing any one fat or skinny. It is a childish hurtful thing to do. Some people are just idiots. Can you imagine if you started making fun of the person calling you skinny? "Damn, you're stupid". "You sure have a big empty head." "Too bad you weren't born with a personality." Bet they would quit teasing you real quick!

I know exactly how you feel. I'm naturally skinny and I eat like a pig also! Anyone who knows me, like seriously I have 4 stomachs haha. I just ignore people like that, they're just asking for attention. I also hate it how some of my friends are always like, "man, you're such a good weight. Why can't I be like you. I need to lose a few pounds." Yet they're a healthy skinny weight for their body type.. you know? It's annoying.

it quite is a extra good question than you comprehend. What you rather might desire to do is do your examine on the physique beneficial properties weight. Your genetics gave you a small physique, a speedy metabolism, and chemical compounds reactions that make it extra less complicated to interrupt down fat. the final element to do could be to locate a thank you to benefit weight without screwing your metabolism or organic strategies up. Protein will no longer be able to be broken down by utilising your abdomen and gets converted to fatty acids and sugars. meats, eggs, grains, legumes, and dairy products alongside with milk and cheese. too a lot protein might reason liver ailment. yet it quite is often brought about by utilising immuno style themes or too many supplementations, no longer an extra on your weight loss plan. look it up. i want to propose eating thrice an afternoon...do no longer consume alot such as you do. Making fun of someone's appearance is wrong regardless of their size. However, you can comfort yourself in the knowledge that the way you look is socially acceptable, and overweight people aren't as readily accepted. Heavy people have to deal with people staring at them, giving them looks of disgust, being treated differently by those who work in retail, etc., every day. Contrary to what you wrote, people (perfect strangers, in fact) do make comments to fat people about their size.
The next time someone makes a comment about your small size, remind yourself that they're ignorant and thank your lucky stars that you don't have a problem with obesity.

Cause they are jealous most likely, also picking on someone who is skinny isn't seen as being as mean as picking on someone who is fat because in this world it's almost like a compliment to be told you are so skinny, whereas telling someone they are so fat is more or less calling them a pig cause they eat too much (without really saying it)
Before I get hate mail, I am chubby myself ;)
As long as you are healthy and eating well, smile and enjoy your thinness, many of us wish we could trade places with you!!!

yeah ive always wondered that also. Being super skinny and tall myself i've encountered many of those rude comments. You just learn to brush them off. Im guessing your young and you go to a school where your supposed to be thick to be in. but just wait and see. What may seem like a curse now will eventually turn into a blessing. (and u probably look really hot in a bathing suit and guys notice that lol)

well you see in our society "skinny" is the "it" thing so its more okay to make a remark to skinny peopel about how they look because they feel that skinny peole should not be affended by there comment since they are skinny.
But when it comes to larger people the are not accepted and the it thing but instead turned away so by comment on a large persons image. it is omciterd mean because they are not "perfect" to where skinny people are suppose to have the "perfect body".
or im simpaler tearms.
skinny = good (so comments are always suppose to be taken in a good way)
Large = Bad (comments are always taken harsh and upsetting)
now i do not beleive this myself its just the wat society has shown its self.

My sis in law is 5'8" and weighs less than 110 lbs. I never comment on her weight, cause I'm sure she knows already that she purty skinny. She however seems to think everyone is fat. I guess compared to her we are all pretty jiggly.
