Ok this is a little bit weird, at least for me. My cat seems to have an obsession with clothing, pants to be specific, well the deal is that when I leave my pants on the floor, he gets the same effects as a cat on catnip...starts purrring, meowing, rolls over it and licks em' lol...somebody please tell me if this is normal?

The greatest concentration of pheromones in humans is in the armpits and crotch area, and cats are very sensitive to smells. They love your stinky clothes because they love you -- it's like when you love your boyfriend or girlfriend's stinky tee-shirt. I think this also goes for shoes (for cats, anyway) -- they smell like you, so they like them.

Normal; some dogs are like that too. The pants have the best and most personal smells of course. The kitty likes you, so he rolls on your unwashed clothing for a sense of well-being.
They are so not human!

Consider yourself lucky; mine had a toe fetish. If I left my feet out from under the covers he'd bite them. :)

Yeah. It's weird, but it's normal. Our big silver tabby has a thing for shoes. :)
