You can call your dog what ever you want.. Just consider whether you will feel comfortable yelling out at the top of your lungs "Herpes" in the middle of the dog park to call it back... If that will embarrass you - I would choose another name!

I saw that in a movie.. don't remember which one.. but old dirty lookin' guy working at a service station of some kind.. had an old dog named Herpes... He said "If he's good, he'll heal" ..

Ah.. figured it out.. It was in Priscilla Queen of the Desert.. lol.. I haven't watched that in quite awhile..

That's a bit weird. I wouldn't. You can be weird in other, more fleeting ways, and when you feel like it, blend in. Naming your dog Herpes will probably insight odd reactions in people, seen or unseen.

Your dog will answer to what ever name you give it.

BUT...

do you really want to be yelling out "HEEERRRPPPPPEEESSS"? in the middle of the street? park? night?
Could you tell everyone you meet, including your grandma and the store clerk ,you named your dog after a STD?

Fido is a better choice....

:-)

there remains various electorate that oppose gay marriage. and numerous politicians nonetheless grew up with the thought it somewhat is incorrect. It wasn't in the past they have been putting public service bulletins on television telling you to observe out for gay human beings, because of the fact they are "mentally ill". situations are changing. maximum youthful human beings embody gay relationships. maximum older human beings oppose it because of the way they have been raised. As previous politicians flow away and new politicians are available in, gay marriage would be legalized. We basically could wait it out.
