Certainly...without any doubt. I am the path; I am the walker; I am the walking; I am that which enables or animates the walking; I am the observer of the walking; I am first and foremost the form or vehicle through which all is accomplished, an empty being whose purpose is to host the impulse of Source. Walk with me a ways... I am Sirius

No, I don't think so. I think the path you choose to take has to do with your personality & state of mind at the time you choose it...but often the path changes which will cause some changes in you as well. But that does not define who you are.

I am the way, the truth and the star that beacons in the night to show you the path. I fly and walk but very cautiously so that the red fox does not fear me and I may sing with the wolves and coy dogs who mix their seed as We have. I have no prejudices.

Come to where you always were
From where you never left
Come to the Heart
Though the path seemed endless
Not one step has moved along its way.
Come to the Heart
Journeys without end only seemed so
And you and I are the journey
That only seemed so
Come to the Heart

I and my lawnmower; the path is rarely straight, but somehow with all the twists and turns and backtracking, I managed to get the entire lawn cut!

When we are children, do we think of a path or the who that is walking? We are simply where we are, running, jumping, crying, endless giggling, round eyes, looking. We just are
It is wonderful to be 'just here'...a very simple place to be, but the hardest place to realize...it seems.
Religions and systems keep us in the realm of searching, looking for something special, something different...groping, groping. In this, we suffer.
The discontent, wars, self hatred, etc. stems from wanting to be something other than what we are...simply 'me'. No path, no walking...just unadorned, very human, me. What we have named eternity is this simple awareness. "It" is just seeing the unfolding of what is. That is our original face...before the drama of the 'individualization' arises.
The questioning is good for all of us.. It helps to point the attention (eventually) to the 'what' of the 'who am I'. Lol.
This is so hard to 'talk' about! =)

Should be so, as long as we are consciously aware!
After a certain point, it is just the blissful waiting, seemingly eternal !

yes...a friend of mine used to say "if you're going to talk the talk then you should walk the walk." lol
it's true...if you aren't the path that you're walking then who are you? you should live what you profess.
