Rent 2 bedroom 200-$350 pw
Bond 4 weeks rent plus 2 weeks in advance
Power $100 per month
Contents household Insurance based on 40,000 about $30 month
Car Insurance around $300 a year
Food $100 week
Entertainment, Petrol, Medical, furniture plus extras all have to come into a budget.
