I have done it many times without problems. Pressure won't be a problem, but remember, cabin air is VERY dry. If you usually have dry eye problem, you might have more problem. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry. As always, you should have your eye glasses handy, in case problem develops.

If you are new, I'd definately have a back-up plan. Wetting drops, lense case, solution, and the backup eye glasses in your carry-on bag.

It is more of a personal thing. Like we all are not allergic to the same staff. It depends on how sensetive you (your eyes) are to dry - always air-conditioned air.
The only way to find out! Try, at home/work (or in the air) in an air-conditioned small room, or in your car... :)

You can wear them. I wore them for a 4 hour trip and was fine.

It's your choice, it depends on your level of comfort. If you et very uncomfortable when they get dry, then don't wear them - plane air is very dry. It's completely up to you.
