the question: HOW CAN I SHOW HIM THAT HE ISNT LOSING MONEY, THAT HE IS JUST GIVING ME THE MONEY THAT WAS JUST PUT INTO HIS ACCOUNT?

IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I CAN SHOW HIM THAT HE HAS MORE MONEY IN HIS ACCOUNT, AND THAT IT BELONGS TO ME? I DONT WANT HIM TO THIS HE IS JUST GIVING ME THE MONEY.

Sounds like you understand it pretty well. Just go tell him to look at his account. Of course - that assumes that the money comes out of paypal and actully hits his bank.

There are two things that should be considered separately, one is the income you got from the sales of an item and the other one is the need of that money to be given to you. I should take this opportunity to congratulate you and your DAD on the relations you have. It is easier to both of you handle the issue amicably, for sure you trust each other. I can see this incidence once solved your relationship will be cemented than ever because it is easier to prove your case by telling him the whole story. If your dad wants to prove that there is an extra amount of money in his account it is common to demand the bank statement from his banker and be given at minimum cost if any. Once this is proved, then the second issue will be why do you need that money especially if it is a big sum. Convince him after convincing yourself for that the money is not going to spoil you rather you shall spend the money in a prudent manner and that it will benefit you. I believe your DAD shall understand you. If I were your DAD this would have been simple. The best thing always you have to be trust-worth and honest to yourself.

Well honestly, you should have asked for his permission before using his account and explained what you where doing. Then there would not be this problem would there? Communication. My children always ask first esp if using my credit or debit cards, and if they did not and I suddenly received a surprise, they would be in allot of trouble, and would not use them again. What I would expect my daughter to do in this case is sit down with me and say Dad I know I should not have, but I did this, guess what us old parents are not a mean as you think we are, and actually appreciate when our children make a mistake, and own up to it. Not knowing or finding out from someone else makes us tend to lose trust, not something you want to happen. Heck by being honest, and showing that you where being entrepreneurial he might decide to help you, as I would with my kids. Main thing is be upright, honest, admit if you made a mistake and 99% of the time the parent is there to help you, believe me we all want to see our kids succeed. He might be a little angry at first, but that will calm down quickly, and you will regain his trust. Heck all of us dads have a weak spot for our daughters, esp when they are honest and upfront with us. Good luck, Now go talk with your dad

1.) If you used his account without his permission...good luck with all of that...and by "all that", I mean convincing him that he "has" to give you this money. I understand that you weren't taking money OUT of the account, but still...

Assuming you get past #1

2.) PayPal will have a record of the deposit. Ask him to look at the statement, and he can see for himself. The money doesn't just appear without any record of the transaction.

I would suggest offering him a small "transaction fee" for providing the use of the account to you.

just tell him you sold a item and they wanted to send the money to a online account ( paypal) and that you need the money so you can mail the item out.

the next time you sdo this however to make it more easy you should make your own account adn do not link a bank account to it. ( or start one ) I was 15 and had internet in my name and a bank accout.

Im shure your dad is not going to get upset you made money or any of that !!
