Blue Cross is the only health insurance company on your list. The premium and "package" differs depending upon many factors, including age, health, gender, state, individual or group plan. There is no "average" answer to give you.
ehealth and health benefits are internet marketing agencies, they write through many companies, including Blue Cross. NetQuote is an internet marketing company that hooks you up with several different agents, some will sell Blue Cross. So there is no answer to your question, that's like comparing an apple to a bean to a monkey.

The only way you can find out what the prices are is to ask your HR person for the information. Each company charges different rates based on things such as company size, location, types of coverage.

Have you checked their websites? Each most likely has several different plans, with different coverages and costs, and different requirements to qualify.
