I used to pass her by in the hall alot of times and we used to look at eachother (a quick glance)

First time I talked to her, it was awesome, she was smiling, I was smiling and she looked downstairs (you know...not lying)

I had her for summerschool and I was close to where she was sitting for the first week, but then I moved to the other side of class...THERE IS NOBODY THERE THAT SHE KNOWS!!! and she sits there all alone

Also, when I'm in a circle with my friends she comes in...

Alot of guys like her and says she's hot, I'm a funny guy and alot of people like me, but I can only make people laugh and have a good time, I'm not buff, girls just say I'm cute

As a girl answering this question i would say yes she loves you but to really nkow for sure just ask her what do you have to lose i mean sure she talks to you and looks downstairs(haha) but you dint know for sure so just ask her because as a girk she needs a man and that man needs to talk to her first. She probably feels the same way you are right now.

I think this girl probably has a little bit of a "thing" for you. But before making any big moves, talk to her more, maybe try to hang out together sometime, whether it's just you two alone, or with a group of friends. Try to get to know her better as well.

She might like you. Just go talk to her. She might be too shy and since you are always around a crowd she probably doesn't want to go over there because she doesn't know anyone. Take the chance and make more conversation and let her get comfortable around you and vise versa.

Does she laugh at even the gayest jokes you might say, or does she roll her eyes and walk away?
