The benefits of the exercise itself will not change regardless of what time you do the exercise. To your body, all that matters is that you do it, and thats that.

However it may effect your mind a bit differently. For example some people find it very hard to sleep if they have just done a whole lot of exercise before they go to bed, and some people prefer it. Its really up to the individual, however to answer the question, there is no difference in the way your body reacts regardless of the time.

There really is no bad time to work out, but I have found the best time is early as possible. When you first get up your body is fully energized, you have little food in your body so you will burn more fat to fuel your exercising, the fuel your muscles need will be drained off your belly. All of your different levels of hormones & testosterones & all the other -ones and acids & and all that other technical stuff is fully rested and refilled just waiting to burst out. You will see a marked improvement, with a good diet, very quickly. Good luck.

I think the worst time to workout is late at night. You're already tired and probably don't have as much energy as you would in the afternoon..i dont know..you might not get the full effect of it. but maybe im just making things up now.

No..the thing is as long as you're working out. Sometimes, my schedule forces me to workout in the evenings or the afternoon but i'm good as long as i got my workout in...if you're older though morning workouts can bring a greater risk of heart attack because the blood platelets are thicker. good luck

Theres not really a "bad" time to workout, anytime is good. Just some times give better effects. Like in the morning, your testosterone lvl is at its highest therefore letting you burn more fat and gain muscle.

It might keep you up if you do it to close to bed-time.I've read lots of books on weight-loss and I don't recall any of them stating a preference.

I don't think so, as long as you work out. But, I would think that if you work out to close to bedtime. It may keep you up.
