I read that kids eating them have ended up in comas but what about adults eating them?

the chemical is 1,4 butandiol which is metabolised into gama hydroxy butyrate or something. Its allot like alcohol but less nausea

I hope it would be very difficult to get someone to eat plastic beads in order to knock them out. I suppose you could convince a teenager that they would get high from it, and get them to take it that way.

For what it's worth though, the kids who went into comas ate a bunch.

I think the kid woke up after the 6 hour coma but i am not sure about that but when he woke up he was very energetic too.
