Your not a horrible kid , your just a kid. Happy Birthday I hope its a great day for you. See if you can plan a small get together, with chips and punch , maybe your mom can make a cake and you can invite the cute boys over. Good luck

You are not horrible to want it is normal. Maybe you could invite the guys from church and tell them upfront what the situation is. If they are good friends they will understand. Instead of calling it a party maybe call it a social gathering.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Ask the guys if they want to hang out with you and your friends! Tell them it's your birthday and you just want to do something small to celebrate. Go out to eat, to a movie, bowling, etc. Find something to do that is inexpensive so everyone is ok with paying their share of it. You just have to be sure you don't give them the idea that this is a birthday party because normally a birthday party means the host pays for everything. If I were you, I wouldn't expect gifts, but if they're really thinking of making your birthday a good one, they should at least offer to pay for your movie ticket, dinner, whatever!

Just be honnest with your parents say you really feel you deserve a lil party...just go get few things of soda and chips and a lil cake and invite the cute boys for a lil backyard celebration! Cheep but fun! Maybe write you parents a lil letter and tell them how much you appreciate all they do for you and how much you love them, and maybe that will crack their heart for a lil extra crack into their savings acct. and give you $40 or $50 bucks to trow a lil bash to hang out with the cute boys!
Happy Birthday!!!!

You're not a horrible kid, you just want to have a little fun.
What you should do is wait a little longer until you know for sure your parents can afford the party and you get their full permission for it.

This is sort of short notice for your parents.
But, ask if you can have some people over. Rent a movie and in lieu of presents, ask them to bring chips, food, etc.
Also, YOU clean the house and get it ready for guests.
It can't hurt to ask.
NOW.
