All kinds of martial art do cool looking flippy stuff but I think that you are asking if it is effective.

Yes; in both the NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) as well as in NBL (National Black-belt League) national and international tournaments they have open kata and open weapons divisions. These divisions are where martial artists incorporate gymnastics and tumbling movements into katas or forms along with aerial kicking and other extreme type techniques. Each movement is counted as only one technique and competitors are scored on the overall performance or their form. Some are also choreographed to music and they have open musical divisions as well. They are always a real crowd pleaser and really help showcase the ability, athleticism, and dynamics of martial artists that compete in those divisions.

Check out Taido, it is a martial art that incorporates gymnastic flps and twists into its techniques and is very unique in what it does, It quite a new art so there might not be a place to learn it
Apart from that there are many other other things you can try, there are many "martial dances" a famous one is capoeria but its not limited to that, many other cultures have sword and staf dances, but they are not really martial arts but
TKD is quite flashy, too flashy at times like with their musical forms, XMA (extreme martial arts) or Tricking or Trikin, is a pure entertainment art that uses martial art techniques, but Taido is probably the only "martial art" that uses flips and things like that so they would be the first to check
Here ar some videos for you to have a look at from youtube to make your mind up

Definitely capoeira.
You'd be getting some really cool tricks and would do a lot of acrobatic stuff.
