This boy I like, Frank, just broke up with my friend and I was waiting because I wanted to go with him. He says we just play around but he touches me and we flirt. I wanna go wit him but then what about my friend. Should I go wit him because I like him or not go with him because my friend might be mad?

Look at it like this. You have two paths to take, and you can only take one. Which one will be more pleasant? Which one will last longer? Which one is more reliable. If you think a guy is worth losing a friend for, by all means, but if you think you will lose more then you gain, then it is not worth the price.

Been there, done that. It all really depends on your friend and how much she means to you. I would talk to her first. I went ahead with how I was feeling and lost a few of my friends...and I totally regret it but once it was done, it was done. Maybe even have a chat with her about it....see how she'd feel and tell you you would never do it if it was to hurt her feelings really bad, you just really like him.
I dunno...

Lets say you go with him and your friend gets mad and dumps you, then he just plays you and dumps you, then you risk losing it all.Id advise NOT to go with him until your friend has someone else and no sex if he is just "playin' or you may find yourself a single welfare mom there young girlie.

well i think you should talk to your friend first to see if it's fine to go out with him because you dont' want to ruin your friendship over some guy. Plus i've been there and it wasn't a good thing... So if you want to risk your friendship then go for it
