good luck....I will definitely check back to see the answers are. from the things i've read all alcohol converts to sugar (carbs) in you system

The higher the proof the more alcohol that will convert to sugar and there come those carbs.

That is true no matter what stupid ads claim there are no carbs there. Try a wine which is relatively low in proof or a near-beer which is lower in carbs than real beer.

wine has like 1 carb or less..almost nominal according to my mom's diabetic book. also diet soda, with things like rum or tequila.

don't drink anything with fruit juices, sweet and sour mix, margarita or daiquri mixes. Those are all sugar aka carbs.

Aspen Edge beer has only 2.6g of carbs and is very smooth. Hard to find but worth it.

any hard liquor with diet soda/tomato juice. All liquor is carbless.
