It wasn't taken at the job (for certain reasons) so i had to go to a clinic. They gave me my copy of the paperwork. Does the clinic transfer the results.

Clinics send drug test results directly to the employer. Your paperwork is simply proof that you showed up.

The clinic sends the results to the employer.

Yes they will send the information to the job that requested you take the test. You signed them allowing them to have it. Now if you failed, and apply for a new job. They cant give that test to any other employeer. The test is only good for that one employeer.

But the employeer that sent you, will get a copy. You signed that right away to get the job. If you refused to sign it, you wouldnt have even been considered.

Good Luck

Transfer the results to whom? The Police? I would think that the results would be confidential and couldn't be shared with any person or agency.
