There's a book written by CS Lewis, called Mere Christianity. Although Lewis was a Christian writer, he was a professed atheist until he actually investigated the life of Christ. He then was struck by how christianity was not mere myth, but the truth. He makes compelling arguments for the sake of Christ and why he is who is he said he is.
Also, another book written by Ravi Zacharias, a Christian philosopher and apologetist, compares Christ among the differents deities around the world, both in today and in history. This book is entitled Jesus Among other Gods, and it makes the case for Christ as the one and only true God.
I hope these books are helpful - its better for you to investigate for yourself than asking random people who have their own agenda. Perhaps you could find other books that makes the case against Christianity and compare the two arguments and make your judgements based on your own deductions, not assumptions.

I know through faith. God gave us His son so that we would have a way into eternal life. He does not need to be proven, all He requires is our faith. If we do not listen to what Abraham and Moses have to say, why does He have to come down here? And, He was not brutal, he was hurt and aggreived by the sinners, those that did not listen to Moses who gave us the ten commandments. He heard Noah's prayers and gave life and humanity another chance out of His love for us. God was not 'made up' by anyone. He has always existed. And although many do not see Him, he nonetheless sees us, his creation. God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit cannot be intellectualized

Horus -Isis had Osiris' body returned to Egypt after his death; Set had retrieved the body of Osiris and dismembered it into 14 pieces which she scattered all over Egypt. Thus Isis went out to search for each piece which she then buried. This is why there are many tombs to Osiris. The only part she did not find in her search was the genitals of Osiris which were thrown into a river by Set. She fashioned a substitute penis after seeing the condition it was in once she had found it and proceeded to have intercourse with the dead Osiris which resulted in the conception of Horus the child
Attis - The story of his origins from Agdistis, as told to the traveller Pausanias, have some distinctly non-Greek elements: Pausanias was told that the daemon Agdistis initially bore both male and female attributes. But the Olympian gods, fearing Agdistis, cut off the male organ and cast it away. There grew up from it an almond-tree, and when its fruit was ripe, Nana who was a daughter of the river Sangarios picked the fruit and laid it in her bosom. It at once disappeared, but she was with child. In time her son was born and exposed on the hillside, but the infant was tended by a he-goat
Krishna - Traditional belief based on scriptural details and astrological calculations gives Krishna's birth date (Janmashtami) as 19th or 21st July 3228 BCE[4]
Dionysus-In another version of the same story, Dionysus was the son of Zeus and Persephone, the queen of the underworld. A jealous Hera again attempted to kill the child, this time by sending Titans to rip Dionysus to pieces after luring the baby with toys. Zeus drove the Titans away with his thunderbolts, but only after the Titans ate everything but the heart, which was saved, variously, by Athena, Rhea, or Demeter. Zeus used the heart to recreate him in the womb of Semele, hence he was again "the twice-born". Sometimes people said that he gave Semele the heart to eat to impregnate her. The rebirth in both versions of the story is the primary reason he was worshipped in mystery religions, as his death and rebirth were events of mystical reverence. This narrative was apparently used in certain Greek and Roman mystery religions. Variants of it are found in Callimachus and Nonnus, who refer to this Dionysus under the title Zagreus, and also in several fragmentary poems attributed to Orpheus.
All these are from the Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . It helps if one has the right facts

I know he is not. And the 300+ prophecies ..... lol - if I were making up a fable, I'd make sure it coincided with previous versions. Good grief, by that logic every fictional character in the world is true. I'm sure he was a very nice man and I'm sure it is worthwhile reading and studying what it is purported that he said and it is as agood a source of wisdom as the sayings of Benjamin Franklin or Ghandi.

His birth was predicted hundreds of years before His birth, by Daniel in his 70 weeks prophecy, and His life in Isiah, again hundreds of years before his birth. Amazing is that not only did they come true, but they happen exactly as predicted. And this only names two. there are many more.

Every counterfeit is based on one Genuine. Jesus was the only One that not only said that He was the only Way, Truth and Life, but was able to PROVE it. No other holy book or philosophy or god of old can prophesy. Only God through the pages of scripture. So Who is the genuine, and who is the copy?

Chances are...perhaps Jesus wasn't even real and is only yet another spin-off of that same storyline. OR...perhaps he did exist, but the facts of his real existence got swallowed up by those stories.

I know it just as I know that the air we breathe contains oxygen, even though I can't see it!
Without either, we'd all be dead! Through Jesus, though, we have eternal life in the kingdom of heaven!
