April's already dead (suicide), Angel dies during the musical (AIDS), Mimi almost dies but survives (in reality she'll probably be dead in like a day or two but she lives at the end of the musical)

It depends on the version you're referring to. In the movie, April dies. In the Broadway version, basically everyone with AIDs dies.
