What kind of financial aid can you get for a 2nd bachelor's degree?

I have a BS in Human Resources Management. But I want to go back to school and pursue something different. I think I used up the maximum amount of federal student loans I can get for undergraduate credits. Are there any other options for me other than trying to pay out of pocket??

An idea might be to go for your masters degree which could lead to more funding opportunities such as the research or graduate assistant positions.
