Yes, GOD Hears you!
But, the Angels that are Around you Cannot Unless you "Speak it Out Loud".
They are YOUR Servants sent by Jesus.

God certainly "hears" silent prayers, and someone who is close to God may utter silent prayers often throughout each day. The Bible tells us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Certainly we are not talking out loud all that time!

yes.Do you know the story of the woman with the issue of blood she prayed with-in herself and she was healed by Jesus I believe if she did so can we.But we do at times need to voice our prayers as one person answered so that our Ministering spirits or Angels can hear us. These scriptures come from Matthew 9:20 and Hebrews 1:13-14 Best Wishes>>

Yes God can hear your silent prayers. That is what is meant by the verse that says "pray at all times" We cannot be on our knees constantly, but we can be in communication with God all day long, praying silently.

Yes. God can hear our silent prayers. That is why it says in the Bible to pray w/o ceasing. It is a state of mind.God will any prayer we offer up w/ a sincere heart.

God hears every prayer. He knows our every thought. The Bible tells us to go in our closet and pray (privacy) and God who hears in secret, rewards openly. That's just one more reason all these rules and laws about no Bibles, no praying in schools, etc. are ridiculous. No one even knows when you pray secretly except the One you're talking to: God!

absolutely, God knows every thought of our heart. we can pray in our minds, and we can also sin in thought. this is basics of the Church creeds. the Bible also says that God knows every intent of the heart. God knows what we are thinking even before we say it out loud. if it's God's will your prayer will be answered. James says some have not because they have asked outside God's will.

Yes:

“Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.” Psalm 139:2-5.
