That is a two-fold question. Jesus fulfilled the law in the New Testament concerning your question about ejaculation. Yes, Christians can become unclean spiritually. They can also spread it like a disease to others. Just like the old saying goes" you are the company you keep". We must be ever mindful of the gospel. " Be ye holy, for I am holy".

No, Jesus came to fulfil the Law. Perhaps the best discussion of this is found in Paul's letter to the Romans, where chapter 10:4 reads
4For Christ is the end of the Law [the limit at which it ceases to be, for the Law leads up to Him Who is the fulfillment of its types, and in Him the purpose which it was designed to accomplish is fulfilled. That is, the purpose of the Law is fulfilled in Him] as the means of righteousness (right relationship to God) for everyone who trusts in and adheres to and relies on Him.
The only way that Christians can really become unclean in the sight of God is to reject Jesus's sacrifice having accepted it, as 2Peter2, particularly 20-22 tells us.

The Hebrew Scriptures, in the Mosaic Law code, stated that a man is unclean until sundown. The 'Law was nailed to the torture stake' with the Christ. So, no, christians are not unclean after ejaculation.

the levitical laws are fufilled by Jesus, otherwise we couldn't eat bacon for breakfast, or eat crawfish, or wear polyester. read Acts on all foods being clean there is no such thing as unclean in Christianity. Jesus said it's not what goes into a man that defiles, but what comes out.
