Yes they do- to an extent. Different Native Dialects of Spanish follow different rules of grammar. I'm Colombian, so we would say the second line like this:
Me paso la mayor parte de tiempo con mi familia.
or
Paso la mayor parte de mi tiempo con mi familia.

Traveling allows me to experiment diverse cultures.
I spend most of my time with my family.
The music inspires me.
