Well, it COULD get to be a problem- if you keep reaching for your Cell Phone, but it's actually your Ears "going off"! :)

Well either you smoke an excessive amount of crack or you have calcium deposits in your ear which can lead to vertigo. Symptoms include neseau, dizziness, and headaches.
