The best answer i can come up with for this great question is that we should never believe that we are capable of understanding all things about a God who created everything. Jesus said we are not able to understand all things on Earth how can we understand the things of Heaven (John 3:12) Please know he understands our questions and only requires you take the first step in trusting him, ask him to forgive you of your sins and repent. then ask him to help you believe and have faith which is what is required for questions like this. When Jesus was on the cross between 2 thieves. he was asked two great questions. one thief asked "if you are the Christ, save yourself and us" the other thief asked lord remember me when you come to into you kingdom" (Luke 23:39-43) Both good questions. One thief is in Heaven the other in Hell. Please ask the right question.

Salam
Three creations, Angles, Jinn and Nass, that is where Genesis forget to explain the 2nd creation the devil is not an angel of the Lord for all the angels of the Lord do is his work he is on the throne so there is no need for his imperfection as he is absolute in a place of no time. You are the one granted the time to figure out what you need to understand about yourself and what is around you, before you can begin to understand what has created you. That starts again with you and a choice you made to keep seals upon you or remove them so you can see or allowed to see.

God did not create man to be perfect. He created man to learn and grow and experience. In other words, to evolve.
Would would God give man "free agency" if he wanted them to be perfect. Free agency allows for the choice to be wrong. To experience from our mistakes and grow in wisdom.
Man does not need fallen angels in order to be malicious and evil. That is human nature.
Our purpose in this life is to rise above our human nature and become like God.

Lucifer had a choice, we have a choice- God gave us the mind to think on our own, but somehow things went south when we wantedto do things "our way" and in disobedience to God. Just like we cannot get around the fact that we are born with a sin nature, and as long as we draw breath, the flesh will always try to rule the spirit. But real life begins when you let God's spirit have control and wow, how things change!

Perfection would be a very very boring thing to watch for 20 BILLION years now wouldn't it. What fun would that be.
Do you really want to live in a perfect world? I know I don't.
Who can say what perfection is? Go bake a cake its not done till its done now is it? Do you open the oven half way through and say its not perfect? NO you wait till its done.
IN 20 billion years you can judge PERFECT until then just enjoy the show.

Funnily sufficient, i've got in many situations concept that if God does exist, that he'd reward the atheists maximum of involved in serious concept and definitely taking a 2nd to question the ideals that a extensive share of the international inhabitants believes. possibly he encourages technology, yet human beings have misinterpreted him?? this won't be an answer, yet oh nicely.

Yes you are right, He could have made all things perfect and we would all be like Lemmings. He put free will into the equation and bingo some choose to deny God while others choose to follow Him on their own free will. Would you want Friends simply because you appointed them your Friends or would you want your Friends to be those that chose to be your Friends.

If there was no god, than this would answer all your questions about Why god this, and why god that.
I don't think anyone said god can't make something imperfect, where did you get that idea anyway.

If you mean why didn't GOD create perfect Stepford-Wife humans - always loving and adoring and worshipping Him - incapable of any action other than complete and total obedience to His will, never making any mistakes, never with an evil or unkind thought or deed - well.....
....figure it out.
