how can i recover my music files that were deleted through a virus scan???

Please don't misunderstand this but,
Historiclly, that is where 90% of viruses come from.
Downloading many songs from some of the less than desirable sites will garantee viruses.
That being said, if you have a good virus software that has detected the viruses will detect and delete them.
So From what you have or have not said concerning where the music came from, that may very well be the problem.
If the music has been deleted, sorry it's gone.
