What do I do to make guys actually notice me?

First of you didn't really give me much to work with but I'll take it that your kinda shy and not out there. So what you can do if you are as I mentioned.

Hang out with more guys. First of all you have to understand the opposite sex before you even have a chance in dating them. Even if you get just afew guy friends they can be a wealth of knowledge.

Secondly you have to look yourself in the mirror and ask if your style and look is rather approachable or not. I'm not saying you dye your hair blonde and wear mini skirts but you get what I mean. I mean would you want to be around someone who dresses bad and is really reserved?

Thirdly don't be shy. Guys don't like that quality in a girl. They like someone they can easily be around and have a good conversation. I'f your attractive I'm sure that will help you but coming of as chatty and fun will give you bonus points with both sexes I'm sure.
