Bulb is a setting where it keeps the shutter open for however long you want it. I need it for a project and I'm very interested in photography. Where could I get one, and how much is the approximate cost?

Where can I get it? Also how do I know if it has T feature? Will it say T on the dial?

The only cameras I know of with Bulb setting are film and digital SLRs. Some higher end digital cameras might have Bulb setting, but I'm not for sure.

Any DSLR has them. The cheapest is the Nikon D40, and Pentax K100d. The Nikon is $540, while the Pentax is around $500. Of the two, I would choose the Nikon because of it's lenses, build, and quality. But, they are both too small for me, so I prefer the Nikon D70s, and D50.

To make the bulb setting useful, the camera also needs to accept a cable release on the shutter. On most digital cameras, the "shutter" is just an electrical switch, not a mechanical action, so the cable connection has been eliminated. This feature is more apt to be found on older 35mm cameras with mechanical shutters. Some have a T feature besides Bulb. T setting opens the shutter with one push and stays open until the next push. With B, you have to hold the push for however long the exposure, quite tedious for very long exposures unless the cable release has a locking ring.
