Add layers or let them grow out.
Get bangs - straight, long & sideswept.
Change the part - part it in the middle, lower on one side or switch sides.
Don't change the hair cut - consider getting lowlights or highlights to make your hair more interesting.

I love those things. Long ones are really good for if you don't want to change your length much, it'll just define your hair, and give it more volume.
Also, you could change your part, either make it on a different side, or even in the middle. I think having a side part is the cutest :)

Well, you could keep it the same length but just get layers and have it angled around your face. Or you could have bangs.
