Your question is a lot like the one asked of Our Lord when he informed His subject that He was going to destroy Sodom and Gamora. Now His subject's brother lived in one of those cities and He asked the Lord if he found anyone that was good in that city would He save them. Read it truth is better than fiction. One is enough one good person is all you need to change most bad situation around, one person with a warm smile and encouraging words will make a crowd of panicked people settle a little, did you ever notice that.
