Its an antibiotic. With any antibiotic, you can aquire a yeast infection. They also decrease the effectiveness of birth control, so use back up protection if this is an issue.
Watch for allergic reactions, which are gonna be the same as any other.. diff breathing, breaking out in rashes, bowel issues, etc.. If you have any questions you really need to talk to your doc and pharmacist. Make sure they are aware of other meds incase of interaction issues.
You can also go to wiki and search for it and it will give you some info, so will the info sheet from the pharmacy.
Most side effects for most meds are listed bc they do occur in a small group of ppl, and there for they legally have to disclose this info. I would def pay extra attention to cleaning to protect against yeast, and def use back up bc, other than that, just watch for allergies.
