Luke's Gospel talks about the many miracles Jesus performed. He spent a lot of time in prayer. Jesus was kind to women, the weak and poor, outcasts, and those who were suffering. (AND, HE STILL DOES TODAY!) Good question. God bless you!!!

We all have our own conception of what Jesus looked like. Its the message Jesus wants us to concentrate on, for His words hold all the truth there is to know about how to treat each other, without judging because of whatever reasoning. His actions went with His words, He was always found without fault.
Jesus was not a weakling, He was strong physically a worker, before he began His Teachings.

No it does not look like the Christ. The statue in Brazil does not even look like the Christ! Jesus of Nazareth became a "JEWISH RABBI"; He became no longer a Caucasian, oriental, black or aboriginal. He became a "Jew". He could have had thick black 'short' wavy or curly hair. He could have been approximately 5 foot 5 on the tallest, He could have had olive pores and skin and He had good factors that have been nondescript. in the e book of Isaiah He became defined by utilising the prophet as somebody who did no longer have the main good-looking face (i'm paraphrasing right here). His palms could have been scarred and calloused by utilising the years of toil as a wood worker, His ft could have been heavily callused as no person became using approximately in autos in those days. You walked everywhere! very few had a colt or a donkey to holiday. He could have had a good sinewy physique and it could have shown an incredible degree of age and wrinkles on his face as He lived and grew up in a dry environment. no person is familiar with what the Christ Jesus gave the effect of and a silhouette on an Irish pub does not make for a picture of the Messiah. To a drunkard in line with threat; yet to the severe eye and the elementary Christian? that may no longer even close to to a picture of the Christ. It does make for a great reproduction of the Catholic renditions of our Lord over the centuries of arts in faith; even though it is not any longer the Christ. somebody ought to tell the Irish that....

Having a noble and lively face, with fair and slightly wavy hair; black and strongly curving eyebrows, intense penetrating blue eyes and an expression of wondrous grace. His nose is rather long. His beard is almost blonde, although not very long. His hair is quite long, and has never seen a pair of scissors…..His neck is slightly inclined, so that he never appears to be bitter or arrogant. His tanned face is the color of ripe corn and well proportioned. It gives the impression of gravity and wisdom, sweetness and good, and is completely lacking in any sign of anger.”

If you put long hair on him, the middle eastern Jesus looks a little like the shrowd suggests. It very well could be, but it really doesn't matter what He looks like, just who He was is good enough for me. Godbless.
