I think traditional religions like to pity people like me, who are different, and not inspired by their antequated ideas. I being very strong spiritually, will send the same attitude back at them, concerning their lack of openness to new spiritual ideas.

I feel no pity for the people that do not believe as I do. Nor has anyone ever suggested that I should. I do feel pity toward other Christians who are weak in faith and may sway easy and those that actively choose to do things that are against their own beliefs or His will. Pity for these people because they know God and still choose the world.

Major religions preach that we are different. So, yes they do discriminate based on whichever holy book they subscribe to. In this I am not looking at discrimination as a negative term (or akin to the American definition), rather a term to differentiate one person's beliefs from anothers.

I don't believe that religions themselves preach against other religions, or at least none that ive ever dreamed of subsribing to ever have. usually only congregations act like that, and i think it not only belittles other faiths, but the people of this congregation as well. I know that when one of my previous pastors said something to this effect, i walked out of the service.

Funnily enough, very recently a congregation in Sydney (Australia) publicly demanded that discrimination against homosexuals be taken from the anti-discrimination laws.
Very few are passive, they are all quite aggressive in their discrimination against everything that is not a clone of themselves... herds of sheep!

false teaching,s and there are many, but I go by the Bible

I'd say active discrimination, since they teach that only the people of their faith are in God's grace, everyone esle is wrong and damned to Hell for all eternity.
