The murderer deserves it; the innocent obviously does not.

Killing someone who has killed others, is justice. Justice in Webster's dictionary is fairness; rightfulness; a reward or penalty as deserved; to uphold what is just; to do justice and to treat fairly.
Killing an innocent (as killers do) isn't the same. It is unjust to kill innocent babies.
If someone killed ur family in a brutal way and the only thing that was done to that person was to give him/her a hug, and put them in a recreational center we call prison, how would u fell (again it was ur family).
As it is the killer has more rights than the victum.
U have to have some empathy for victims to understand the difference.
Try saying the Pledge of allegiance.

Killing an innocent is murder. Killing a murderer is justice.

If you're refering to abortion verses the death penalty, no, it's not the same.

THe innocent doesn't have a chance to do anything or make decisions

The murderer made the conscious decision to take human life....it only stands to reason that he be repaid the favor.

There is non difference at all. You either kill or you don't. Right or wrong. In the bible it says thou shalt not murder. There is no gray area. If you do not follow the commandments you are sinning.

One is putting an animal out of it's misery and making it so they cannot harm another person, since they are so persuaded to do so. The other is taking someone who hasn't done anything specifically wrong and making them suffer the penalty of sin.

A murderer is a danger to the public. He/she has showed society that they can and will kill at their discretion. We put them to death to protect ourselves.
