Contempt of court, meaning jail time likely a fine as well. I hope you're bigger than your cell mates! Otherwise, you'd best hold your tongue...it's his court, he doesn't have to nice.

What would you do if someone said that to you while you were doing your job? Based on this question alone, I'd say assault. However, judges will hold you in contempt of court and have you thrown in jail. Which is probably a lot worse than your traffic citation.

He can find you in contempt of court. You can serve jail time and/or pay a fine. YOU broke the law, not the judge, so you need to grow up and accept whatever consequences you receive.

Enjoy county jail for contempt of court. If you are in Maricopa County Arizona, you get to spend time in Sheriff Joe's tent city, wearing pink underwear and eating bologna sandwiches........

Contempt of court. Jail. Another trial, worse than traffic court.

Oh, and the cop that wrote you the ticket will be laughing his *** off.

You would go directly to jail! Keep your thoughts to yourself. Be respectful and you may not go to jail even if you think the judge is being "that way"-----------keep it to yourself!
