I'll try to keep this short...
the devil's MO is suggestion. If he can get you thinking..then he can get you contemplating..then he can get you tempted..and then you fall. In your case (and I've been there to with my husband when we were just engaged), you cannot give any room to the enemy. The bible says "a little leaven leavens the whole lump"..so just a little sin can defile the whole.
As hard as it is, you have to try to keep your thoughts holy, in addition to keeping your hands to yourself. Its hard I know...I'll pray for your strength in this area...

Humans make sex far more complicated than it needs to be. Is having sex outside of marriage a sin? Yes.
Does God forgive a Christian for committing that sin? Yes.
Is it also a sin to take God's mercy for granted and commit the sin anyway? Yes.
Do people do it any way? Yes.
Did I do it too? Yes.
Do I, (or anyone for that matter) have one right and perfect answer to this question? Doubtful.

Talking and joking about sex is not a sin.
Having sex outside of marriage is a sin. Since you guys have decided to wait, God will honor that.
Hope that helps! :)

First, Catholics ARE Christians. (It just bugs me.)
In and of itself, no I wouldn't think so, but joking/talking about sex, may lead you to behaviors that you are trying to avoid. Therefore, it would be better if you avoided the subject altogether until such time as you are ready to make a commitment. Hope it helps.

It probably would be OK just between the two of you, but not publicly. We are told in Scripture not to let any "corrupt communication" come out of our mouths. That includes vulgarity and public talk about sex.

It will lead into a sticky situation. Tempting each other can lead to fornication (sex before marriage) and that is a sin.
