Simple - let HER buy a round of drinks...

If YOU are blind enough to NOT see a 13 year-old girl, then a TRAINED bartender/bouncer WILL ;);););)

No I do not, that having been said, as an 18 yr old, you should have some clues if you are paying attention and meet her family and friends be fore you decide to check her oil.

You pay more attention to the make model and year of your cars than you do your chick if she is 'willing'. Her being toooo willing should set of some alarm bells.....
And yes in this day and age I would certainly want to know if she had a drivers license, something you could figure out pretty easy, still jailbait but not pervert labeling situation as 18 yr old w/13 or 14 yr old... most 16 yr olds parents aren't going to use the rape card a quickly either.....if it was consenual, they are less likely to blame it all on you.....
bottom line I know even a hooker can be only eleven and have all the right physical parts but should still scream YOUNG, young young,
Don't let your hormones do your thinking be selective and always use a condom. An un planned pregnancy has tipped off a lot of non observant parents and there first re action is to blame anyone but there BABE,oops baby..... : )

If a 17 year old lies, then no.
A 14 or 15 year old lying is blatantly obvious in a place where the legal age is 18, so yes, he should be jailed, unless there are some extreme circumstances, such as him seeing a fake but impressive ID.

Right or wrong it would be your responsibility to know the age of the person your sleeping with. Certainly if they use fake IDs to trick you then that would be a different case. Edit: This person below me is certifiable, lol. OMG..... I dont think this person is asking about the 12 year old that get molested out there. I think the reference is made about the 6 year old that snuck out one night and looks to be in her early 20s and everyone is drinking and "things" happen and then mom and dad find out her daughter had s#x with a 30 year old and now he is in jail for statutory rape. Not a common thing but it happens and this was question asking opinions and laws and you drop in your personal baggage on all of us.

I don't think it's right for a young male to go to prison for something like that, however, I do think that guys should make sure (whether it be by ID, by asking genre type questions that typically older females would knoe, etc.) that they are of age before they sleep with them. They need to be aware that this type of thing happens all the time and should take these certain precautions to prevent it from happening.

Really smart guys don't have that problem. They can spot a 13 year old trying to pass for 18. They also ask around... and keep their zippers closed . Pretty easy... ask to see some ID with a current picture. No excuses man... no excuses.

Yeah because any guy who is over 18 should have enough sense to know if she isnt driving there is either something wrong with her mentally, or she isnt as old as she says.
I blame the parents too for allowing this to happen.
A guy whould always find out how old a girl is from her PARENTS before dating her or at least look at her driver's license.

I agree that it is total BS that guys should go to jail for something like that as long as the age is within reason. Like 2 people that are in highschool....one being 18 the other being 15, I dont see anything wrong with that.

Check ID. Seriously. If they don't show you ID or it looks fake, then don't sleep with them.
