EDIT: In response to whirlingmerc, have you wonder why god sitting idly by and let the world fill up with all bad people and then wipe them off the earth? You said satan influenced bad people then why did god not deal with the root cause of the problem by going straight to satan.

Not the right question. In different senses they both had something to do with all deaths The right question is who holds the key of life and death and that be Jesus

All death happened in a sense because of a bad Satan's temptation and caused death to enter the world

God is somehow still sovereignly accomplishing His purposes, and in a sense the ultimate rewarder and punisher is not a bad Satan but a good God.
