And YES, they really are trying to link this shooting to the idea that he called himself a social darwinist.
They really are this deluded.
But how many times do they write stories about people who kill because "god told them to". Never.
Gee, yellow journalism never looked so good...

Though keep in mind that answeringgenesis.com is a site that, among other things, claims that humans and dinos co-existed. They, of course, provide no evidence whatsoever for this ludicrous claim and ignore real evidence whenever it's presented to them.
So it's no surprise when they make these idiotic leaps of logic.

goodness what a lot of nonsense

I didnt know whether to laugh or cry at this part

"Often, however, even evolutionists are outraged by the school shootings, but in order for them to justify being outraged, they have borrowed from the Christian worldview to acknowledge that such things are wrong. But the fact remains that these murderers were living a life consistent with the real teachings of atheistic evolutionism. Children catch on quickly and eventually put two and two together. When they are taught that there is no God, no right and wrong, people are animals, etc., then they may reason: “Why not kill or steal?” and so on. It is a logical connection. "

Of course they are going to jump all over this as will the rest of the christo fascist creatons. Any time that a lunatic claims some "connection", real or imagined, to Evolution the creatonists are going to try to "spin" it in their favor! Just as the CONVENIENTLY ignore, at all costs" the stories that show the reverse. Either way the maniacs that perpetrate these atrocities it just proves that the killers are deranged and out of touch with reality. Not too far from the creatonists!!

Oy! What is that site... never seen it. I suppose it is a silly site...

-- reading story, more to come --

WOW! That's very, interesting... I think the article is dodging the issue and trying to say that a society based on the belief of evolution is creating people who go and kill people.

That's nonsense and is basically saying that the outrage comes from borrowing morality from Christianity.

This site is very.. um.. weird. As a Christian I have to say that this is like reading the National Enquirer.

Crazy, as all conclusions about school shootings. I used to think it was a USA thing but I stopped thinking that way a couple of years ago, when I saw how worldwide it had spread and a similar tragedy hit a small town in Argentina.
The scariest part is that we don't know what causes this so we don't know how to stop it. But this conclusion is just plain stupid.

What on Earth does that have to do with evolution? Committing suicide at 19 is not the way to pass your genes on. He gets a Darwin Award. Shame he took those other people with him, though. :(

Because God doesn't tell people to go around killing other people. There are some people who say that God "told them to", but it really was Satan who told them, and they obeyed.
I would certainly believe that the reason for the killings is because the guy was a social Darwinist.

That doesn't surprise me in the least, they will use any event to get themselves publicity for their cause. Any rational human being can see how ridiculous it is.

All you have to say is "Answers in Genesis" and I know it's BS. We have to deal with those people at every fair, festival, etc... They're annoying little liars.

Do they even claim to be unbiased? They have every right to post information that buttresses their opinions.

If they bug you so much, why don't you read something else.
