Many factors come into play, including the amount of muscle you have. For example, a female runner will probably be lighter than a female weight lifter. You could weigh more than 150 pounds and be well within a reasonable weight range, while as little as 115 might also be healthy. It is very difficult to put a number on it.

Be less concerned with your size than with your body mass. The CDC has an excellent BMI calculator that you can use to determine if you are in the proper range. According to the CDC the normal body range for a healthy individual is 105-140 lbs. Clearly some might find the lower end to be a bit extreme. The mid 120s might be a good range at which to shoot.
Attempting to determine a "good" clothing size for any individual is very tricky, as well, given the nature of manufacturers and marketers. Clothing sizes are continuously in flux due to marketing strategies and an attempt made at the societal level (and supported by media images) to sell a particular product. Steer clear of clothing sizes as a determinant of health and good body size.
The CDC also includes several links to health and weight management resources.

Weight really matters also on your body structure since a person can weigh 170 lb like someone else, but be more linear if one worked out and one didn't it.

Nothing more than 120 lbs, because most of this should be toned muscle, muscle weighs more than fat.
You might check with your doctor, as this is only my opinion.

105-115lbs that is about the average. But it depends on what activity you are doing.
