Sorry. There is no clinical or documented evidence that can prove that honey mixed with cinnamon is of any benefit at all for breast cancer patients. The caution about using real honey with a cancer patient should also be considered. There are many raw or natural products that are harmful for cancer patients who have compromised immune systems. Raw fruits, raw vegetables, and honey products can contain bacteria that can be life threatening to a cancer patient when they are neutropenic. Be very cautious, and never eat or take any herbals or supplements without discussing this with your doctor first . . even something as innocent sounding as honey.

As far as being diabetic, as long as you have it under control the honey is fine. It is a natural sugar, just dont over do it.
As far as your cancer... I dont know if it will help, but if you are going through treatment and are neutropenic, DO NOT eat this.
Neutropenia is when the absolute neutrophil count (segs on a diff count print out) of the wbc is below 1.0. At this point you are highly susceptable to infections. The natural bacteria that is in unprocessed honey and cin can cause massive infections and kill you.
You will know if you are in this condition and under these restirictions bc your doc will definatly discuss it with you. But chemo and radiation causes this.
Edit: If your diabetes is controlled well, the honey is fine. I know lots of diabetics, and yes, they eat honey. In small portions, ofcourse. Same goes for fruit. It is a natural sugar, and as long as not over done, is safe for diabetics whose disease is under control.. (fresh fruits also fall under the neutropenia issues). Obviously if your disease isnt under control, then dont. My dad was diabetic, as was his dad. Their docs often recommended things like fruits and honey as an alternative to refined sweets. His dad was not able to do this towards the end of his life as his sugar was all over the place, and could not be controlled even with shots. My dad is diet dontrolled, and still has a lot of leeway. His sister is controlled on pills, and is able to eat these things.

If it was that easy and it really helped breast cancer, then surely bc would have been eradicated by now... It sounds like a wives' tale which takes advantage of vulnerable people.
The honey would definitely affect your blood sugar/insulin requirements and that's not something you need to be dealing with right now.

DON'T! Honey is sugar, natural or not you need to avoid it. This won't help breast cancer at all, either.

See http://www.cancertutor.com to start, http://www.pcrm.org, http://www.hacres.com. Both of those conditions are trouble, but I'm recommending natural help.
