I drank milk and fish oil? all my life and I'm still stuck at 4' 10" at age 14!!! everyone is at least 2 in. taller than me, and I feel so ashamed. Maybe both my parents being 5' 2" is a factor, but my grand parents were like 5' 10" and up! I was never malnurished or anything and im OK fit. so why?

My daughter at 14 was 4ft 9in
and during this past summer,
she has shot up like a weed,
she'll be 17 in January &
is now 5ft 8 in and her older sister,
who will be 18 in March,
is already 5 ft 10in,
their father was tall.
I was 5 ft 7 in until a few back
surgeries & age came knocking at my door.
One of my friends in Mississippi
is a year younger and she is 4 ft. 10,
she'll be 59 next May.
It really depends on which trait you
took after. Most of my kids are
tall( 68 inches or taller).
My twin sister's kids all took after
the shorter people in our family
because two of her oldest children
are just barely 65 inches tall,
but one of her grandchildren will probably
be a basketball star.
He is 16 and is 6 ft. 5 in..
Don't worry about it,
if you never get any taller.
It's what's on the inside that counts,
not on the outside.

milk actually doesnt do anything for you except give you calories

and both of your parents being 5'2 is a factor...a big one
